Owner and President, Carlos Defonseca, AIA member and registered architect has been practicing in the city of New York since 1981. Carlos Defonseca is involve in all aspects of the daily operations.
In addition to his responsibilities as a principal in charge, Mr. Defonseca leads the coordination and review of engineering efforts associated with all projects. His extensive knowledge and vast experience in the design has made him a noticeable architect in his community. His dedicated staff oversees the schedule of all work and resolves zoning and building code related issues.
Embracing both the aesthetic and technical aspects of design, Carlos Defonseca creates buildings and interior environments rich in functional performance. Natural light, open space and distinctive detailing are the hallmarks of his design sensibility.
